Bryan Rich
President
Bryan is a seasoned and passionate financial educator who has dedicated his financial service career to helping “50 and Uppers” in Virginia and North Carolina make informed decisions about their retirement. With his friendly speaking style and engaging educational workshops, he has connected with thousands, imparting a balanced approach to retirement planning.
His journey in the world of finance began in 1992 when he graduated with honors from Liberty University, earning a degree in business finance. After gaining valuable experience working for a national financial planning company for more than a decade, Bryan decided to embark on his own professional path. In 2005, he played an integral role in establishing Secure Financial Group, Inc., alongside experienced insurance and investment professionals from Roanoke, Virginia. Later, he expanded the company’s reach by opening an office in Cary, North Carolina.
Outside of his work, Bryan takes pride in being a loving father to three remarkable grown boys. His eldest son is thriving as an airline mechanic and married to an incredible daughter-in-law, while his middle son is pursuing a career in hospitality management with dreams of designing resorts someday. As for the youngest one, he is currently finishing his education to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and join forces with Bryan at Secure Financial Group.
Bryan believes in living by a mindset that sets him apart from most advisors who often prioritize selling their products rather than truly understanding their clients’ needs. For Bryan, it’s not about making the sale but building meaningful relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.
